Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon Fillets (6 oz. each, skin on)
  • 1/4 Cup of Honey
  • 1/4 Cup of Soy Sauce
  • 2 Limes
  • 2 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons of Water
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil

Steps

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, juice from 2 limes, mustard, and water. Set aside.

  2. Preheat the griddle to medium heat.

  3. Check the salmon fillets for pin bones and remove any you find.

  4. Coat the fillets with a little oil and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Cook the salmon on each side for about 3 minutes (more or less depending on how thick your fillets are).

  6. When the fillets are about 90% done, pour the honey soy glaze over them and let the sauce reduce for a minute. Move the sauce around with your spatula to evenly reduce it.

  7. Remove the fillets and the sauce from the heat and serve with steamed asparagus.
