Lemon Tuscan Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (thighs can also be used)
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon

½ tablespoon Blackstone Griddle Chicken seasoning

½ tablespoon Blackstone Tuscan Herb seasoning
- 2-3 teaspoons honey
Directions
Take a meat mallet and pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Place each breast into a gallon-sized zipper bag.
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, Blackstone Griddle Chicken seasoning, Blackstone Tuscan Herb seasoning, and honey. Mix well.
Reserve a portion of the marinade for serving. Pour the remaining marinade into the bag with the chicken and massage it well. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 day.
Preheat a griddle to around 400-425 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the marinated chicken on the griddle. Flip every 2-3 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Transfer the cooked chicken to a cutting board and slice it. Drizzle the reserved marinade over the chicken for extra flavor.
