In a small saucepan, melt 1.5 tbsp of butter.
Add 20 large marshmallows and stir constantly until melted.
Sprinkle in blue raspberry jello powder until the mixture reaches your desired color (approximately half the box).
Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over 3 cups of Rice Krispies and fold in 1 cup of mini marshmallows until well combined.
Repeat steps 1-4 with the remaining 1.5 tbsp of butter, 20 large marshmallows, and cherry jello powder.
Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the remaining 3 cups of Rice Krispies and fold in the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows until well combined.
Turn out the mixture onto a buttered surface and use a griddle press or your hands to pack the Rice Krispies treats down firmly.
Sprinkle with festive sprinkles and allow to cool completely.
Use star-shaped cookie cutters to cut out star shapes and enjoy your Star Spangled Rice Krispies treats!
