Prepare the Pizza Dough: Follow the instructions on the Delallo pizza kit to prepare the dough. Do this 1-2 nights before making the pizza and store the dough divided into portions in the refrigerator. Allow the dough to rise at room temperature for 1 hour before use. When ready to top the pizza, stretch the dough and use a fork to prick the surface to prevent air bubbles.
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your pizza oven. In the meantime, season the stretched dough with garlic and oregano. Then, layer the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, vegetables, and tear the raw sausage into small pieces, spreading them out evenly on the pizza. You can watch a video demonstration for guidance.
Bake the Pizza: Carefully launch the pizza into the hot pizza oven and allow it to cook to your desired level of doneness. Enjoy!
Notes: You can make one pizza with sweet Italian sausage and another with hot Italian sausage, or you can use a combination of both on each pizza.
