Thai Sweet Chili Chicken Pizza

Directions

1. Prepare the veggie slaw. Place the sliced vegetables in a medium mixing bowl. Add vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, and salt. Toss until combined and vegetables are evenly coated. Set aside.
2. Roll out the pizza dough and spread an even layer of sweet chili sauce. Evenly lay out the diced chicken on the pizza. Sprinkle half of the cilantro over the chicken.
3. Top the pizza with mozzarella and a light drizzle of olive oil. Cook in the Blackstone pizza oven for about 4 minutes or until done. The crust should be crispy, and the cheese fully melted.
4. Cut pizza into 8 slices and top with veggie slaw and the remaining cilantro.
