Spicy dill pickle potato chips, or Crispy Dillies
1 pound ground beef
Cooking oil for griddle
Salt and pepper
4 slices dill havarti cheese
Sliced refrigerated pickles
Preheat a Blackstone griddle to medium-high.
Crush the dill chips and mix them with the ground beef. Shape the mixture into four 3-4 ounce meatballs.
Oil the griddle with a paper towel. Place the meatballs on the griddle and press them with a Blackstone burger press (you can use a piece of parchment paper between the burger and press to prevent sticking).
Season the patties with salt and pepper. Add more oil to the griddle and saute the diced onions.
Flip the patties to ensure they are fully cooked, then top them with the cheese and onions.
Place the brioche buns on the griddle and toast until browned. Remove the buns from the griddle.
Spread mustard and mayo on the buns. Place one patty on top of the other and place them on the buns.
Add the pickles to the patties and top with the buns.
