The LaChanga

Ingredients:
- Large Tortilla
- Shredded Mexican blend cheese
- TD’s Brew & BBQ Zesty Taco Seasoning
- Leftover lasagna
- Butter
Directions:
- Heat Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
- Place a tortilla on the Blackstone and spread a thin layer of shredded Mexican Blend cheese on a tortilla and season with TD’s Brew & BBQ Zesty Taco Seasoning.
- Place a slice of leftover lasagna in the middle of tortilla. Fold tortilla, closing both ends and then roll.
- Melt some butter on griddle and place the LaChanga seam side down on the butter. Flip and cook the LaChanga on all sides until golden brown and remove from heat.
- Use a racklette to melt some shredded Mexican Blend cheese on the griddle (topped with TD’s Brew & BBQ Zesty Taco Seasoning) and pour on the LaChanga.
