Ingredients: 

Directions: 

  1. Heat Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
  2. Place a tortilla on the Blackstone and spread a thin layer of shredded Mexican Blend cheese on a tortilla and season with TD’s Brew & BBQ Zesty Taco Seasoning.
  3. Place a slice of leftover lasagna in the middle of tortilla. Fold tortilla, closing both ends and then roll. 
  4. Melt some butter on griddle and place the LaChanga seam side down on the butter. Flip and cook the LaChanga on all sides until golden brown and remove from heat. 
  5. Use a racklette to melt some shredded Mexican Blend cheese on the griddle (topped with TD’s Brew & BBQ Zesty Taco Seasoning) and pour on the LaChanga.
