Generously season the steaks with both Blackstone Blackened and Blackstone Tutto Italiano on all sides. Set your griddle to High Heat, add a bit of olive oil, and cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side (longer if you prefer a more cooked steak).
Once the steaks are cooked to the desired doneness, remove them from the heat and let them rest while preparing the butter.
In a small pot on the griddle, combine all cowboy butter ingredients with a pinch of salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes.
To serve, slice the steaks and serve with the butter as a dipper on the side.
