Butter Noodles

Ingredients
- 16 oz of bowtie pasta, cooked
- 1 full stick of butter
- 1 teaspoon of Blackstone Essential Blend Seasoning
- 3-4 tablespoons of grated parmesan
- ¼ cup of frozen peas
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Juice of ¼ lemon
- ½ cup of reserved pasta water
Directions
- Cook the 16 oz (1 box) of bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and place it in a gallon zipper bag.
- Preheat a griddle on low heat and add ½ stick of butter to the surface. Once melted, add the cooked noodles.
- Coat the noodles with the melted butter for 1-2 minutes. Add half of the reserved pasta water and the remaining butter.
- Sprinkle the Blackstone Essential Blend Seasoning over the noodles and let them cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the grated parmesan cheese to the noodles and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Toss in the frozen peas and mix them in with the noodles.
- Remove the noodles from the griddle and squeeze the juice of ¼ lemon over them. Sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper to taste.
