Todd's Cajun Style Shrimp Steam

Time: 45-60 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (12-oz package) cooked beef kielbasa, chopped
- 2 pounds raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4-5 red potatoes, chopped
- 4 ears of corn, halved
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 lemons
- Blackstone Cajun Seasoning, to taste
- 1 (12-ounce) can Mountain Dew or Mello Yellow
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Parsley, chopped for garnish
- Aluminum foil
Directions
- Turn Blackstone Griddle on to medium-high heat.
- Line a Dutch oven with aluminum foil then add half a stick of butter.
- Add kielbasa, shrimp, garlic, potatoes, corn, onions, and 2 lemons in chunks to the Dutch oven.
- Cut remaining lemon in half and squeeze lemon juice on top.
- Sprinkle Blackstone Cajun Seasoning, Mountain Dew/Mello Yellow, more seasoning and half a stick of butter on top.
- Add hot sauce.
- Place Dutch oven on griddle top and let cook.
- When shrimp is fully cooked, remove Dutch oven from heat.
- Sprinkle parsley on top.
- Enjoy!
