1. The majority of the recipe must be cooked on a griddle top.

2. Only 1 recipe submission per category per person (up to 3 recipes).

3. All recipes must be submitted through our online form. You may post your recipe on social media with the #GreatGriddleOff26 to be eligible for extra votes.

4. If entrants are under the age of 18 years, they must have express permission from a legal guardian and adult supervision while using a griddle.

5. Entrants must be residents of the contiguous United States.

6. Only entries submitted between August 17-23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m MDT will be considered.

7. By entering you give Blackstone unrestricted use of your recipe(s) (see Terms and Conditions for more).

What is the Great Griddle Off?

The Great Griddle Off is Blackstone’s annual virtual community cook-off, where backyard chefs fire up their griddles, submit their signature recipes, and compete for glory, with one talented cook taking home the coveted golden spatula.

How do I submit my recipe?

Submit your masterpiece by filling out the Great Griddle Off entry form.

What are the recipe requirements?

The biggest rule is that the main part of your recipe must be cooked on a griddle top. It's the Great GRIDDLE Off after all. Other than that, let your imagination run wild!

When is the submission deadline?

Submit your entries August 17th through August 23rd, 2026.

How many recipes can I submit?

You can submit one recipe per category—Food You've Seen in a Movie, Guilty Pleasures, and Your Take on a Childhood Favorite — totaling up to 3 unique recipes.

Do I have to be in the USA to enter?

Yes. Entrants must be residents of the contiguous United States.

When can I vote?

Voting takes place August 24th-27th on Blackstone social media channels via post and story comments.

How do I vote?

When the voting window opens for a category, cast your vote for your favorite recipes by commenting on our Great Griddle Off Instagram Stories or posts, or on our Facebook posts.

When will you announce the winner?

Mark your calendars for August 28th when we crown our Great Griddle Off Champion!

What if my recipe is selected?

By entering, you grant Blackstone Products/ North Atlantic Imports, LLC the right to use your recipe in all media formats without further compensation, and you’ll have an opportunity to win prizes.
