These Pepperoni Pizzas are simple yet delicious. With a crispy crust, melty mozzarella, and perfectly browned pepperoni slices, they come together quickly for a classic and satisfying meal.

3 portions Blackstone pizza dough
1 (14-ounce) jar pizza sauce
16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (3.5-ounce) package sliced pepperoni

Directions

Turn Blackstone pizza oven to medium-high heat.
Stretch the pizza dough and spread out the pizza sauce. Lay out the fresh mozzarella and pepperoni slices evenly over the pizza.
Cook for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown and crispy.
