1 can vegetarian chili
Diced white onion
½ bag coleslaw mix
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp buttermilk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
¼ tsp onion powder
Mix the mayo, buttermilk, vinegar, salt/pepper/sugar/onion powder together. Fold in the coleslaw mix and set aside for 30 minutes.
Preheat griddle to medium low, and air fryer to low. Place the warming rack on one side of the griddle.
Add the chili to a small pot and place on the griddle to allow to warm. Cook the hot dogs for 3-5 minutes.
Place the hot dog buns on the warming rack. Squirt water under the rack and cover with the large basting dome to allow the buns to steam.
Place a hot dog inside a steamed bun, cover with the chili, diced onions and top with prepared coleslaw.
