- 4 Apples (your preferred variety)
- 1 Tablespoon of Butter
- Cinnamon to Taste (approximately 1 tsp; more or less depending on taste)
- 2 Cups of Water
Steps

Heat your griddle to medium heat and cover with butter.

Peel your apples and slice into wedges.

Place apples on hot griddle and add cinnamon.

Slowly add 1/2 cup water and mix thoroughly.

Continue to add 1/2 cup water every 2-3 minutes as it evaporates off the griddle. You want to keep them moist.

Add water and stir apples every 2-3 minutes until the desired doneness is achieved (approximately 10 minutes).

Optional - serve with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or granola.
