CJ’s Famous Frazier Family Taco Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 Yellow Onion Diced
- Romaine Lettuce Chopped
- 1/2 Can Ranch Style Beans Lightly Drained
- 1/2 Can Black Beans Rinsed
- 1/2 Can of Fire Roasted Corn
- 1 Can Rotel
- Fritos (regular)
- Catalina Salad Dressing
- Blackstone Tequila Lime Seasoning
- Kosher Salt
- Coarse Black Pepper
Directions
- Preheat your Blackstone to medium high and add 1lb of 80/20 Ground beef. Chop it up and season with a couple pinches of Kosher Salt, a couple pinches of Course Black Pepper and 1 tsp of Blackstone Tequila Lime Seasoning. Incorporate the seasoning and brown the beef.
- While your beef is cooking dice up 1/2 a yellow onion and add next to your beed. Add a little olive oil to your onions and season with Kosher Salt and Course Black Pepper. Toss occasionally to caramelize and add to the beef when done caramelizing.
- When your beef and onions are incorporated add 1/2 can of rinsed black beans, 1/2 can of drained Ranch Style Beans, 1/2 can of strained Fire Roasted Corn, and 1 can of Rotel strained. Season with a couple pinches of kosher salt and toss all together and slide off to a cool zone or remove from the griddle top.
- In a large mixing bowl add a portion of your beef mixture, chopped romaine lettuce (or whatever lettuce you prefer, a helping of Fritos, and drizzle with Catalina dressing. Toss together and serve on a plates or a bowl. If you want to do individual servings, on a plate, or in a bowl. add a bed of Fritos, top that with your romaine lettuce, top that with your beef mixture drizzle on some Catalina and enjoy!
