4 tbsp Blackstone Tequila Lime Seasoning
4 tbsp Blackstone Citrus Garlic Mojo Seasoning
2 tbsp Jugo Maggi
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
In a bowl, season the beef with tequila lime seasoning, citrus garlic mojo, and Jugo Maggi. In a separate bowl, season the shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder, Old Bay seasoning, and Cajun seasoning.
Heat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high and add a little oil. Cook the steak first, letting it sear and cook through. Once done, move it to the side. Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque. Once both are fully cooked, mix them together on the griddle to blend the flavors.
Add a little oil to the griddle and place the tortillas down. Let them crisp up until toasty.
Add a layer of melting cheese to each tortilla and let it melt. Top with the steak and shrimp mixture, then add grilled onions, cilantro, and salsa.
